Return Policy

Most of our retail customers are pleased when their beautiful beeswax candles arrive, however if you are not satisfied with your product return the item within 7 days for a full refund. (You are responsible for return shipping charges). We are always interested in learning ways we can do better so if you have any suggestions about our products, please let us know.

 

Damaged Product

Occasionally product gets damaged during shipping. We work very hard to ensure your candles are packaged properly, however if your product arrives damaged contact us within 7 days and we will provide you with replacement product and cover shipping charges.
