If your product is damaged in shipping please make a claim within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please provide the invoice number and date of your order along with your name and contact information. You will be fully refunded. Product returns after 7 days must be in sale-able condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping both ways. If we made an error in your order we will give you full credit or ship out a replacement at our cost. If the error is a purchaser error we will help you get what you want at your cost. Please make these claims within 7 days of receipt of your order.
